About The Position

This temporary position involves commercial cleaning on Wednesdays from 8:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. and Sundays from 4:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Pay is $40 per clean. The role includes cleaning floors, furniture, restrooms, and glass; replenishing restroom supplies; removing trash; responding to customer work orders; and reporting building or equipment maintenance issues. The technician must follow company procedures, including safety, door-lock, time-and-attendance, and uniform policies, and work effectively both independently and with team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard-surface floors, and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
• Work effectively with other team members.
• Follow company procedures, including safety, door-lock, time-and-attendance, and uniform policies.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to a supervisor.
