About The Position

The Commercial Cleaning Technician performs janitorial work to keep commercial spaces clean and orderly. Duties include cleaning floors, carpets, restrooms, glass, and other surfaces; replenishing restroom supplies; removing trash; and operating and maintaining cleaning equipment. Technicians work with team members and follow company procedures, including safety, door lock, time and attendance, and uniform policies. This is a full-time, entry-level position; no experience is required. Hotel or school housekeeping experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The posting advertises compensation of $15.00–$16.00 per hour. The job is offered by an independently owned and operated 360clean franchise, not 360Brands, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard-surface floors and carpets.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other areas.
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Restock restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and interior glass surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners.
• Work harmoniously with fellow team members.
• Follow company procedures, including safety, door lock, time and attendance, and uniform policies.
