About The Position

Mister Kleen Maintenance Company is seeking an on-call Commercial Cleaning Technician to provide cleaning services at Stout & Teague. The role supports commercial and high-security facilities by maintaining clean, sanitized areas and delivering superior customer service. The position offers a schedule of 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM and pays $20.40 per hour. The technician will perform a range of cleaning and restocking duties, including cleaning floors, bathrooms, windows, furniture, fixtures, and elevators. The role requires following safety policies, understanding oral and written instructions, and consistently working scheduled days and hours. Physical activities include walking, standing, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder.

Responsibilities

Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points.
Perform high and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
Restock supplies and inventory.
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
Vacuum, mop, dust mop, sweep, and scrub floors.
Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Follow safety policies and procedures and support the team in exceeding customer expectations.
