About The Position

This role is for someone who can learn different tasks, stay focused, and take responsibility for finishing the job well. You won’t be left to guess: we provide training, equipment, and clear expectations. We do expect you to bring a professional attitude and follow through. This role is part-time, with a target of approximately 16–20 hours per week. Weekly assignments will include planned maintenance work and may change when call-off coverage is needed. Some flexibility in availability is important. Someone who takes pride in being useful, handles change without losing focus, and wants to become skilled across several kinds of commercial cleaning work. We value people who hold themselves to a high standard, keep learning, and help the team deliver dependable service.

  • Ability to travel between client locations in Northwest Arkansas.

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial cleaning or floor-care experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with the right work habits and attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable coverage when a team member is absent or an account needs extra help.
  • Perform specialty cleaning and floor-care services, such as carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, window cleaning, high-ceiling vacuuming, and strip-and-wax or scrub-and-recoat work.
  • Follow the scope of work, safety procedures, and equipment instructions.
  • Communicate clearly with your manager about progress, schedule changes, and any problems you find.
  • Treat clients, teammates, and their facilities with respect.
  • Take care of company equipment and leave each assignment ready for the next person.
