Requirements

Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
A strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right.
Positive attitude, respectful communication, and willingness to help others.
Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
Attention to detail and the ability to notice tasks that need to be completed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Clean commercial offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, empty trash, and restock restroom and break-room supplies.
Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and client-specific instructions.
Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
Report maintenance issues, supply needs, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to your supervisor.
Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while working at client locations.
Work independently while also supporting fellow team members when needed.
