Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and facilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures
• Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
