Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at commercial client facilities in Midland, Michigan. Requirements

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, accountability, and consistent attention to quality.
• Ability to work independently on assigned routes and collaborate with team members when needed.
• Physical ability to reach, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and operate light cleaning equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience; experience is not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, and shared office desks.
• Vacuum carpeted hallways and offices; sweep and mop hard-surface floors; and spot-clean entryways.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and mirrors, and restock paper products and soap.
• Collect and safely dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Follow client safety protocols, ensure doors remain secure, and keep cleaning equipment organized and well-maintained.
