About The Position

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at a dental location in Xenia, Ohio. The cleaner will help ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable for employees and visitors. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. The shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with no weekends.

Requirements

• A punctual and reliable attendance record.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties during scheduled shifts.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas in the commercial building.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and regularly sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
