About The Position

This position creates cleaner and healthier environments in customer buildings and grounds by performing cleaning duties with provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. Duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, and dusting. The cleaner also maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. ServiceMaster provides on-the-job training and describes opportunities for advancement and career paths, along with flexible schedules and work/life balance.

Requirements

Must pass a strict background check and drug screen.
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
Must be flexible and able to work at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Must be able to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach constantly, up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, and dust.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Contribute to the team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and punctual.
Treat co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
