About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Commercial Cleaners for commercial sites in the Davison, Michigan area. The role involves maintaining clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environments for commercial business clients. Cleaners work independently with minimal oversight and receive structured, hands-on training. This is a part-time evening position scheduled Monday through Friday, between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM. The schedule is described as fixed and predictable, leaving weekends and daytime hours free.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable daily transportation to and from assigned commercial job sites.
Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously without constant supervision.
Must have strong time-management skills to complete checklist items within the scheduled shift.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in janitorial work, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and shared office spaces.
Dust fixtures, office furniture, windowsills, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas.
Monitor on-site cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
Secure the facility at the end of the shift by checking exterior doors and locking up.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines established by Clean Team Inc. and client accounts.
