About The Position

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments in customer buildings and grounds. This part-time position is scheduled two nights per week, Monday and Thursday, for two hours per night. The cleaner performs facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, and maintains supplies and equipment inventory. On-the-job training is provided. The role is with an independently owned and operated ServiceMaster Clean franchisee.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace while handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the work period.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to wear a uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, and dust.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and punctual.
• Treat co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
