About The Position

At Regions, the Commercial Card Solutions Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to high value Commercial Card clients and internal Treasury Management partners, including but not limited to Relationship Managers, Relationship Support Specialists, and Account Managers. This role involves researching and resolving technical issues, monitoring internal e-mail boxes for incoming research requests, assisting clients with post-implementation training needs, providing periodic updates to internal partners to ensure clients are optimizing card services, and fulfilling reporting and other support duties. This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of client servicing, implementations, or technical support experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to manage workload effectively
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
