Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
At least 6 years of experience in finance, consulting, or corporate strategy, including financial planning and project management
Proven experience in Commercial Business Planning and Analysis
Familiarity with SAP systems and financial tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills with ability to present effectively to senior business leaders

Nice To Haves

Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and refine short- and long-term financial forecasts
Deliver actionable insights to influence executive decision-making and business strategy
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for Product General Manager and leadership teams
Lead monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews and support investor-related deliverables
Drive integrated planning across sales and external costs with a focus on operational excellence
Oversee full product profit and loss, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
Coach and develop Business Planning and Analysis team members to enhance performance and capabilities
