This position, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is accountable for leading FPI’s Budget, FP&A, and Incentive Compensation Teams in managing the FPI Operating and Capital Budget, modeling for current and new business initiatives, performance incentives for leadership and staff, the Dean’s Performance Based Incentive Compensation (PBIC) Program for Faculty, Fair Market Compensation, and Process Improvement and Efficiencies. For each area of responsibility, this position provides communication, guidance, and recommendations to Senior Leadership, clinical administrators, and other departmental representatives. It relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, provides leadership and coaching to staff members, and works in collaboration with FPI Corporate departments, practices, and/or external resources to achieve results.
