About The Position

CWF Restoration is seeking a seasoned business development professional to build and grow relationships with commercial property stakeholders. This is a hands-on role focused on field-based activities such as building partnerships with property management companies, facility managers, commercial building owners, asset managers, engineers, and other decision-makers. The goal is to establish CWF Restoration as the primary contact for disaster recovery services. The role requires spending four days a week in the field, engaging with decision-makers, visiting properties, attending industry events, conducting account reviews, and fostering long-term commercial partnerships.

Requirements

Background in commercial real estate, property management, construction, restoration, insurance, facilities services, or B2B sales.
Understanding of how to build relationships with property managers, facility directors, building engineers, ownership groups, and commercial decision-makers.
Ability to prospect and develop relationships with both individual properties and large property management portfolios.
Ability to create routes, systems, account plans, and repeatable growth strategies.
Understanding that commercial business development relies on relationships built before emergencies occur.

Responsibilities
