About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is one of the nation's largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Branch Manager to oversee and manage branch operations, design strategies that promote teamwork, operational efficiency, and growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading a team, building long-term relationships, and taking pride in their work.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in a commercial tire shop
• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
• Strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth
• Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness
• Evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business
• Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity
• Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location
• Cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
