The Commercial Banking Specialist reports to the VP, Premier Relationship Manager and collaborates with the Commercial Banking Officer to support and develop business customer relationships. Accountability includes strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves direct customer interaction regarding deposit accounts, digital banking, ACH, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, IntraFi, and other Commercial Banking services. It combines operational expertise with relationship support, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand client needs, providing timely follow-up, and identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
