About The Position

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. In addition to day-to-day duties, interns participate in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between two sessions: May 25–August 13 or June 14–September 3. The Commercial Banking Intern supports teams within the Commercial Banking division, including client onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management. The role provides hands-on exposure to banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and client service strategies. The employee is required to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment. Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service-level agreements.
Support development of process maps, procedures, and “Rules of Engagement” for sales teams.
Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
