About The Position
The Commercial Banking Intern will support various teams within the Commercial Banking division, including client onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and client service strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the internship period.
- Must be able to pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening (including for marijuana).

- Experience with Salesforce.
- Understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and client service strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
- Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service-level agreements.
- Support the development of process maps, procedures, and “Rules of Engagement” for sales teams.
- Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
- Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
- Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
