About The Position

You’ll partner with leaders and colleagues to deliver insights that drive business decisions and support key initiatives. As a Business Management & Data Analytics Associate in Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Onboarding & Servicing (COS) organization. You’ll help senior management across the Commercial & Investment Bank gain visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, and financials. Your work will enable effective execution and strategic decision-making in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial data analysis and storytelling
Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships at multiple organizational levels
Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex initiatives clearly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

Experience with BI tools, databases, and SQL querying

Responsibilities

Partner with COS and Commercial & Investment Bank F&BM to prepare executive presentations, combining financials and data to tell a cohesive story
Design management reporting packages to communicate business results transparently and concisely
Create executive-level presentations using PowerPoint PitchPro+
Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and other F&BM teams
Analyze large data sets, assess KPI trends, and develop impactful analysis to support COS strategy
Collaborate with COS and CIB F&BM teams to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
Participate in activity-based costing processes to allocate expenses and inform client profitability
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong partnerships across teams
Achieve goals through collaboration, even without direct authority over all resources
