Assumes the primary responsibility for managing existing and growing commercial banking relationships. This role involves interviewing customers, analyzing financial data, developing and enhancing banking relationships, and managing a commercial calling program. The Commercial Banker III is responsible for commercial customer growth and plays a key role in negotiating loan documentation and facilitating loan closings. They also engage in business development activities to identify bank prospects and develop key centers of influence. Collaboration with commercial banking, credit teams, and product partners is essential for preparing new loan requests, prescreening, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, participating in loan portfolio reviews, and monitoring the performance of existing loans.
