Responsibilities

Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and holiday lighting with top-tier equipment and training.
Complete “ground-game” marketing tactics including hanging door-signs, setting up road-side signs, earn customer reviews and perform other tasks to increase the visibility of the Sparkle Squad brand.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Work independently and in teams, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Take pride in wowing customers with high-quality results.
Continuously improve through training and feedback.
