We are looking for a Commercial Analyst IOC to support the end-to-end management and optimization of third-party commercial activities across rail, port and marine operations. This is a great opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional to strengthen revenue capture, improve forecasting, support invoicing integrity and help develop scalable commercial processes across a complex operating environment. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working in a collaborative commercial team across Commercial, Finance, Operations and IT, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end invoicing for rail, port and marine services, including haulage, rebilling, fuel recovery and ancillary service billing. You will also act as a backup for critical invoicing activities across service lines to support business continuity, develop and maintain revenue forecasts, while monitoring receivables, collections and customer payment performance. Additionally, you will perform financial analyses related to tariffs, fuel costs, contract terms and commercial agreements, partner with IT and Commercial teams to support third-party trading frameworks, scalable systems and process improvements, track KPIs related to revenue, invoicing accuracy and customer performance, and support contract, pricing and tariff evaluations while ensuring governance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
