We are currently seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This role provides value to the Credit Analysis team by synthesizing financial information and economic industry trends to assess the creditworthiness for existing and prospective customers. Commercial Analysts work with many areas of the bank to identify and mitigate credit risks while supporting growth goals for the loan portfolio. This position is eligible for a hybrid working schedule. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with minimum nine hours accounting; six hours finance required
1+ years of credit analysis, accounting, or related experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
Successfully pass a credit check required

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and pro forma statements, cash budget projections, and economic industry trends
Assess repayment capacity and collateral adequacy
Structure and present business cases for credit recommendation
Identify and report adherence to bank policy and law
Review real estate appraisals for reasonableness and conformity
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the role
