Analyst, Commercial Advisory Launch your consulting career with Red Nucleus's Commercial Advisory team, supporting Senior Consultants on projects including commercialization, new product planning, product launch, and marketing/sales initiatives for life sciences clients. This entry-level role (with Senior Analyst-level placement available based on experience) offers hands-on training alongside experienced consultants, real client exposure, and a clear path to build foundational consulting skills and healthcare industry expertise. This hybrid role is available in Boston, Yardley PA or San Francisco

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, or related discipline
• 0-2 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, life sciences strategy, or related field (relevant commercial or healthcare consulting experience may support Senior Analyst-level consideration)
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, life sciences, or business strategy
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Comfort working in a global, cross-cultural environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
• 0-2 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Support project capabilities and proposal development by working with the project team to provide relevant secondary and primary research; identify gaps in information
• Bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution and effectively delegate
• Manage up and down to secure timely and appropriate input
• Structure and review deliverables
• Ensure excellent internal team communication
• Directly apply senior feedback in creation of materials and deliverables
• Capture key takeaways from client and internal discussions, external stakeholder discussions
• Conduct primary research interviews and extract insights for team discussion strategic recommendations
• Prepare project deliverables for senior review in timely manner and in accordance with highest quality standards
