About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Commercial Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. While supported by an incredible team of pest management professionals, our Commercial Account Managers work independently throughout the day. If you have experience in B2B sales and a strong work ethic, this is position has unlimited earnings potential with a generous base, commission and bonus structure.
Requirements
- At least three years B2B Sales Experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High organization and attention to detail
- The ability to work with a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day

- Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, relationship building, and creating referral sources.
- Manage sales funnel, set appointments, conduct face-to-face meetings, and deliver professional proposals.
- Collaborate closely with management to shape the future of our growing organization.
- Leverage CRM tools daily to track, report, and optimize sales activity.
- Build connections with existing clients and professional networks.
- Take a strategic approach to prospecting.
- Contribute to team projects and broader company initiatives.
- Perform local travel within the assigned area.
