We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Someone who is passionate about audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.
Customer Service Experience: A must!
Attitude and Aptitude are key!
Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must!
Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance, but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

An associate's degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
Final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems.
Lead AV teams on commercial integration installations
Company-paid overnight travel is estimated to be up to 70%
Other tasks as assigned
