About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Commercial Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. While supported by an incredible team of pest management professionals, our Commercial Account Managers work independently throughout the day. If you have experience in B2B sales and a strong work ethic, this is position has unlimited earnings potential with a generous base, commission and bonus structure.

Requirements

  • At least three years B2B Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to work with a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, relationship building, and creating referral sources.
  • Manage sales funnel, set appointments, conduct face-to-face meetings, and deliver professional proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with management to shape the future of our growing organization.
  • Leverage CRM tools daily to track, report, and optimize sales activity.
  • Build connections with existing clients and professional networks.
  • Take a strategic approach to prospecting.
  • Contribute to team projects and broader company initiatives.
  • Perform local travel within the assigned area.
