About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers and leveraging their network in the region to uncover new business. This role involves attending events, acting as an ambassador for Neat, evaluating territory and vertical opportunities, and taking full ownership of the strategic approach for their area. The Commercial Account Manager will stay updated on market trends, understand the competitor landscape, and feed market insights back to the product and development teams. Additionally, they will act as a trusted colleague, providing mentorship and coaching, and will be involved in defining, designing, and iterating sales processes to prepare Neat for its next stage of hyper-growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice.
  • Regional experience of customers in medium sized businesses.
  • Scaling a fast-growth technology business a must.
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus but not a requirement.
