Requirements

Candidates must have excellent phone, and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must be able to know how to use a computer and knowledgeable of Microsoft Suite Products.
Candidate Must have 1 year Security experience.

Nice To Haves

Security Console experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems to ensure site security.
Dispatch security personnel and emergency responders as required.
Accurately document incidents, alarms, and daily activities in logs and reports.
Control and monitor building access and credential systems
Patrol and inspect designated access points afterhours to ensure site is secure.
Identify, report, and escalate security or safety concerns in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with tenants, visitors, and staff.
Remain alert and attentive during all assigned shifts.
Comply with all post orders, company policies, and emergency response protocols.
