About The Position

Abacus is seeking a Comfort Advisor to join their team. This role focuses on a "Service Selling" philosophy and delivering excellent customer service. Comfort Advisors will identify customer needs and propose comprehensive "whole home" solutions, including HVAC systems, water heaters, generators, electrical panels, indoor air quality solutions, and water treatment. The company provides an assigned vehicle (with take-home option), gas, toll tags, a cell phone, a tablet, and shirts/polos. VIP Advisors have the potential to average $200K annually with no earning ceiling.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years Selling B2C (business-to-consumer) in home sales.
Skilled at relationship building and closing techniques.
Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
Self-driven, self-directed, and self-disciplined.
Comfortable with high dollar tickets and regularly leveraging financing options.
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions.
High School Graduate (preferred).

Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Timely follow-up on company-provided leads, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Present multi-trade solutions and services in a simple, clear, and ethical manner to maximize each opportunity.
Create accurate and complete paperwork for installation team(s).
Navigate through residential attics and outdoor spaces.
Attend weekly meetings and training programs.
Utilize company software and applications.
