We’re hiring experienced In-Home Sales Consultants who are ready to take advantage of high-quality leads, uncapped earnings, and a proven sales system. Requirements
- 5+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Availability for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
- Run pre-set, company-provided appointments (no cold calling)
- Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend HVAC solutions
- Present financing and pricing options clearly and confidently
- Close deals in the home
- Manage your schedule and follow-ups effectively
