About The Position

HVAC Alliance Expert is seeking a results-driven Comfort Advisor (HVAC Field Sales) to join their team in Los Angeles. This is a field-based sales role where the advisor will meet homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions. The role is ideal for individuals who excel in face-to-face sales, possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, and thrive in a performance-based environment. The company is a specialized business unit of a multi-entity home services holding company with over 15 years in the market, providing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair services nationwide.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or in-home sales
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
• Proven track record of closing deals in a commission-based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to assess HVAC needs
• Recommend and sell HVAC systems (installations, replacements, upgrades)

• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams after closing deals
• Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads
• Represent the company professionally in the field
