Requirements
- Must be proficient with mobile devices, iPads, and industry software for job management.
Responsibilities
- Build and present accurate, multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts.
- Present proposals (in-person/Zoom), explain financing options, and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales close.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with the Install, Dispatch, and Service teams.
- Meet and exceed ambitious KPIs (sales, revenue, close rate, etc.).
