About The Position

We are looking for a results-driven Comfort Advisor (HVAC Field Sales) to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a field-based sales role where you will meet homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, understands HVAC systems, and is confident working in a performance-based environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or in-home sales
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
  • Proven track record of closing deals in a commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to assess HVAC needs
  • Recommend and sell HVAC systems (installations, replacements, upgrades)
  • Prepare and present accurate estimates on-site
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams after closing deals
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads
  • Represent the company professionally in the field
