Requirements

4+ years of HVAC or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
Strong understanding of sales psychology and value-based selling
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
A goal-oriented mindset and hunger to win

Nice To Haves

Experience in related in-home sales industries (windows, roofing, bath/kitchen, insulation, home performance) is a major plus
BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
Present customized comfort solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, and home performance
Deliver high-impact, consultative sales presentations that build value
Build trust through honesty, integrity, and expert guidance
Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
Manage your pipeline and follow up to close opportunities
Conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations to properly size systems
Work flexible hours — evenings and occasional weekends — to meet customer demand
