About The Position

We are seeking an Amcomm Comcast Supervisor for the Indy/Fort Wayne area to oversee a team of communication technicians. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a telecommunications or related field
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Willingness to travel within the designated area

Nice To Haves

associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of communication technicians in the Indy/Fort Wayne area
Ensure all installations and repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards
Provide training and guidance to team members
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction
Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
