About The Position
Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program to help individuals start a career in apartment maintenance. This program, known as the Fix It Forward Program, requires no prior experience and focuses on training dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work. The training lasts between 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with pay raises at each stage. Upon successful completion, trainees transition to a permanent Maintenance Technician role.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required

- Able to lift tools and materials
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Undertake more complex repairs with less supervision as skills develop.
- Handle complex work as training progresses.
- Provide customer service.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
- Travel to nearby sister properties for training.
