About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Combat Control (CCT) Subject Matter Expert to support military training exercises and instructional programs. The Combat Control Instructor will provide expertise in special operations tactics, air-ground integration, personnel recovery, terminal attack control procedures, austere airfield operations, and mission planning. The selected candidate will assist in developing, executing, and evaluating realistic training scenarios in support of U.S. military and special operations training objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a 7 level in USAF Combat Control career field (AFSC 1Z271).
  • Capable of providing dive supervisor duties for student proficiency, safety, and upgrade training.
  • Capable of providing rope-master duties during mock tower and actual aircraft training for safe student training.
  • Capable of performing small/large maritime duties and open-water swimming to support amphibious operations training.
  • Shall have a minimum current FAA Class III Flight Physical for Assault Zone LZ control operations.
  • Capable of instructing Radio Communications.
  • Capable of instructing Airborne Operations.
  • Capable of instructing Alternate Insertion and Extraction Methods.
  • Capable of instructing Small Unit Tactics.
  • Capable of instructing Fixed/Rotary Wing Call for Fire (CFF) Techniques.
  • Capable of instructing Surveillance and Reconnaissance.
  • Capable of instructing Close Quarters Battle (CQB).
  • Capable of instructing Land Navigation.
  • Capable of instructing Tactical Vehicle Training.
  • Capable of instructing Convoy Operations Training.
  • Capable of instructing Full Mission Profile Events.
  • Capable of instructing Operational Prep of the Environment (OPE).
  • Capable of instructing Assault Zone Operations.
  • Capable of instructing Personnel Recovery.
  • Capable of instructing Survey Techniques (Landing Zone/Drop Zone/Helicopter Landing Zone/Forward Area Arming and Refueling Point).
  • Capable of instructing Demolitions.
  • Capable of instructing Special Ops Mission Planning (SOMP).
  • Capable of instructing Survival, Evasion Resistance, and Escape (SERE).
  • Capable of instructing Light and Heavy Weapons.

Responsibilities
