About The Position

This is a student employment position within the Office of Community Engagement, specifically for the Columbus House Quality Assurance Assistant role. The position is funded through Federal Work-Study and requires the student to work up to 6 hours per week between 9 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves supporting the Quality Assurance team with data review, client record management, and report preparation.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Interest in Data Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Work with Quality Assurance team to review data and reports
  • Review client records for accuracy and make corrections and additions where necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational data
  • Enter data and survey responses into databases and tracking systems for organizational use and federal and funder reports
  • Assist in analyzing survey results to identify trends and service improvements
  • Support the preparation of funder reports, client feedback reports and program outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned
