About The Position

Zenetec is a leading provider of collision repair services in Ontario, with over 30 years of experience and a reputation for quality and excellence. We are looking for a Collision Repair Estimator who can evaluate collision damage to vehicles and create detailed repair plans, as well as provide superior service to our customers and insurance partners.

Requirements

  • Collision Repair Estimating experience required
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision and adapt to constant change.
  • Sales-oriented and driven to generate collision business.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and in person with customers and co-workers.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, time-sensitive, and able to think on your feet.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the damage to vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates, using your sales experience and the reputation of Zenetec to generate collision business.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and/or insurance adjusters, and document and share estimates with them.
  • Relay estimate information to Collision Technicians to ensure timely and quality repair of vehicles.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction with the work or the company.
  • Contribute to the attainment of monthly sales goals.
  • Work as a team player with a positive attitude and help mentor apprentices and problem-solve.
  • Participate in team and company meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Operations Manager to implement and sustain new processes and attend any/all training programs to improve your performance.
  • Assist and backfill the Repair Planner role as needed.
