About The Position
Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through the vehicle repair process and oversee repairs from the initial estimate through final repair-order processing. The role includes preparing and finalizing estimates, reviewing repair data with Body Technicians, conducting in-process quality control, and keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s status. The position also handles repair-order paperwork and carrier-specific requirements. Crash Champions describes itself as a founder-led collision repair operator with more than 650 locations in 38 states. Compensation ranges from $66,430 to $155,000 per year; the stated range includes monthly sales incentive bonuses. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Educate customers about vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
- Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
- Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
- Keep customers informed and updated on their vehicle’s status and provide a positive customer experience.
- Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
- Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
