About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator for its Service Center in Los Angeles – LAX. The role performs all-purpose estimating and customer service duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and communicating repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers. The position requires compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. The listed annual pay range is $50,000–$110,000.

Requirements

At least 2 years of collision estimating experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
Have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
Have advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
Be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
Be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is preferred.
