Requirements
- Experienced Collision Estimator
- Insurance experience is required
- Ability to write a complete sheet without missing damage
- Ability to handle supplements without being chased down
- Ability to keep jobs moving instead of stacking up
- Ability to communicate with customers and insurance companies without turning everything into a problem
- Ability to write estimates correctly the first time
- Ability to catch damage others miss
- Ability to stay on top of supplements and approvals
- Ability to push repairs forward instead of letting jobs stall
- Dependability and clear communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors
