About The Position

Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through vehicle repairs and insurance procedures, prepare and finalize repair estimates, and manage repairs through the repair process. The role includes completing quality checks, keeping customers informed, coordinating repair and scanning information with Body Technicians, and ensuring repair orders and insurer requirements are complete. Compensation ranges from USD $79,885 to USD $155,000 per year, inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses; the actual offer depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners.
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as well as Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, prepare complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
