Requirements

3+ years of body shop or collision repair experience required.
Experience in a body shop, collision center, or automotive repair facility.
Experience performing frame and structural repairs.
Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the last three years.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR training preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

Repair vehicles according to estimates and manufacturer specifications.
Follow OEM repair procedures and quality standards.
Inspect parts against repair estimates and verify correct parts are received.
Communicate repair updates or timeline changes to management.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste disposal regulations, and all federal, state, and local requirements.
