Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a skilled Collision Center Technician to join our team. We are a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and repairs to our customers. As a Collision Center Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Collision Center Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in auto body repair techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good physical condition and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications in collision repair.
  • Experience with various vehicle makes and models.
  • Familiarity with paint and finishing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform auto body repairs, including structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage.
  • Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble vehicle components.
  • Repair or replace damaged parts such as fenders, doors, hoods, and bumpers.
  • Perform metal straightening, body filler application, and sanding.
  • Apply primers and paints, ensuring color matching and finish quality.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure repairs meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
