About The Position

Repair damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Requirements

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Valid driver’s license and clean traffic abstract
ASE certifications
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Associates degree or technical school certification or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

Prepares and repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturers and dealership standards.
Check body parts against the estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
Must advise management of any deviations from the estimate.
Must maintain tools and equipment in proper state of repair and advise management of any needed repairs.
Must wear all safety and health personal protective equipment as mandated and operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know, etc.
