As a Tech Helper, you will support our skilled technicians with various tasks, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and with high quality. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an automotive or collision repair setting is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of automotive tools and equipment is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Support collision repair technicians with tasks such as preparing vehicles for repairs, disassembling parts, and assisting with the repair process as needed.
Remove damaged parts from vehicles, prepare vehicles for painting, and help with the reassembly process after repairs are completed.
Help in organizing and transporting parts to technicians, ensuring they have the right parts and tools to complete the repairs.
Maintain and organize repair tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for use.
Assist in keeping the shop area clean and organized by washing vehicles, cleaning repair bays, and maintaining overall shop cleanliness.
Follow all safety guidelines and practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding the status of their repairs, estimates, and any additional services needed.
Learn the basics of collision repair and work closely with experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience in automotive repair.
