Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license with clear driving record.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a polite and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.
Check in cars as they enter to ensure proper paperwork is received.
Answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the appropriate personnel
Issue purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding payments, additional information or photos requested, etc.
Receipt all cash and checks received.
General office filing.
Other duties and special assignments as assigned.
